Please allow up to 4 weeks for production and delivery, as every gown is carefully handcrafted to meet our standards of timeless elegance.

Fabrication & Care

Fabric composition: 79% acetic acid, 21% polyester

hand wash is recommended (use cold water) ; If machine washing, use the gentle cycle and place the fabric in a laundry bag to protect the fibers. ; No dryer

delivery & shipping

As soon as the package has been delivered to the delivery service (Deutsche Post), Marakesh Design is not responsible for items that get lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service. If you feel your package is lost or got stolen please contact the delivery service as soon as possible. If your package is marked delivered, lost, delayed, or unscanned, refunds of any kind will not be issued.

Please allow your package 5-7 business days to get to your home.

Cancellations & Returns

If you want to return or exchange your order, please email us or use our contact formula and we will help you as soon as possible.

You can exchange a piece within in 14 days after you received your package or you will get a full price return. It is up to your wish :)

Unfortunately, once we have confirmed your package, your order can no longer be canceled, as the creation process begins as soon as we have received the order.
